Research topic: Antibody-antigen interactions on paper diagnostics
Whui Lyn Then received a combined Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Science from Monash University, Clayton in 2010. In 2012 she became a PhD candidate at BiopRIA, under the supervision of Prof. Gil Garnier, working on antigen-antibody interactions on paper diagnostics. Whui Lyn’s research focuses on the detection of blood group antibody-antigen interactions using surface plasmon resonance in the hope of better understanding these interactions for the improved use of paper diagnostics.
