Mr Scot Sharman is a Technical Officer at BioPRIA in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Monash University. Trained as a chemist, Scot has been working at BioPRIA for the past five years. He is responsible for maintaining the laboratories and ordering and purchasing the equipment, materials and chemicals required by researchers at BioPRIA and the Bioprocessing Advanced Manufacturing Initiative (BAMI). Scot is also responsible for training and managing staff and students in OH&S practices and he is the Health & Safety representative for the Department of Chemical Engineering.
