Stefan graduated from the Munich University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelors and Masters in paper technology. After his studies, he contributed to major projects as process and commissioning engineer in Australia, Europe and North America. He focuses on paper recycling and industrial water treatment. Stefan was recently awarded a Doctoral degree from Monash University for his thesis on “Vacuum evaporation of process water from recycled containerboard mills”, which was supervised by Prof. Andrew Hoadley, Dr Joanne Tanner and A/Prof Warren Batchelor.
