Vasanth is currently pursuing his PhD in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Monash University, Clayton under the guidance of Professor Warren Batchelor and Professor Sankar Bhattacharya. His research is dedicated to the eco-friendly transformation of industrial waste into valuable end products, with the overarching goal of advancing sustainability.

Currently, the research focuses on separation and valorisation of value-added phytochemicals from paper industrial wastes.
