Supervisors: Assoc Prof Victoria Haritos and Prof Gil Garnier

Rahul graduated with a Bachelor in Chemical and Materials Engineering (Hons) from the University of Auckland in 2014 and a Master in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury in 2017 from New Zealand. He started his PhD at Monash University in 2018 with Victoria Haritos as Main Supervisor and Gil Garnier as co-supervisor. His PhD project involved a combination of enzyme catalysis and nanocellulose to produce functionalized cellulosic materials.
