Bin Jia works under the supervision of A/Prof. Sushil Dhittal, Dr. Lavaraj Devkota and Prof. Mike Sisson. Her PhD research focuses on unravelling the effects of extrusion processing on the structure of main components in cereal products, which contributes to the advancement of understanding and enhancing the quality of extruded food products.
