Associate Professor Victoria Haritos is involved in various projects at BioPRIA within the Department of Chemical Engineering at Monash University. Her research brings together biology and engineering to address future manufacturing needs. She is interested in discovering and designing enzymes for specific and fast reactions as isolated biocatalysts, as well as the systems biology of cells in culture.
At PALS, Victoria is the Chief Investigator on Project 5, 6 and 8 – under Platform 2: nanocellulose production and applications.
